Refund Policy
Alpine Dispensary carries only the best and highest quality Cannabis products on the market. That being said, occasionally mistakes happen. In the event there is an issue with your online order, contact us and we will promptly try to correct any problems that arise.
If you receive damaged items in the mail:
Upon opening your shipment and using the product, promptly email us a photo or video of the issue at hand within the first week of receiving it. Provide a detailed description of the issue that way we can better correct it. Depending on the situation, we will send you a replacement package immediately along with a paid return label to send the damaged items back to us.
We can no longer correct or send replacement products after one week of the package being delivered. If you send us an empty product or package (unless it was caused by shipping) you will be charged for both items.
Items that malfunction:
If you receive an item that is not functioning correctly, give us a call. Most of the time we can talk you through some of the more common issues we have seen. If we cannot help fix the malfunction over the phone, we will replace your item at no charge and send a return label to send us the malfunctioning item back. Again, if you send us an empty product or package (unless it was caused by shipping) you will be charged for both items.

In store purchases:
All sales are final upon exiting the store. Once you walk out of the shop, we can no longer accept any products back.
