Refund Policy

Alpine Dispensary carries only the best, highest quality Cannabis products on the market. That said, things can happen and occasionally we even make a mistake. In the event this happens with your order, we will promptly try to correct any issues.

If you receive items damaged in the mail:
Take a picture of the damaged items and box if you can and email it to us or give us a call. We will send you a replacement immediately along with a paid return label to send the damaged items back to us. If you send us an empty bottle back (unless it was caused by shipping) you will be charged for both items.

Flower sales are final. We do not take flower back into the store for any reason. If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item we will replace it free of charge.

Items that malfunction:
If you receive an item that is not functioning correctly, give us a call. Most of the time we can talk you through some of the more common issues we have seen. If we can’t get you going we will replace your item at no charge and send a return label to send us the malfunctioning item back.
