I have pretty bad anxiety that contributes to my insomnia. In the past I’ve taken anxiety meds and sleep aids but they usually come with unwanted side effects. This has been the best remedy so far! It’s so easy to replace the vape cartridge when I run low and it doesn’t have an awful after taste. It only takes a few hits to find my zen place and unwind before bed.
