These are great. Pop 1 a couple hrs before bed and I’ve never slept so great in my life. I’ve gone through a number of sleep aids that just don’t work and these really do the trick. If the 15mg is too much, I started out putting a pinhole into it and consuming half and saving the other half for the next night. I think a 10mg one would be ideal but all in all a great product nonetheless.
