Experimented with amount and 1/3 gummy was not enough but 1 gummy was too much. With 1 gummy, was relaxed and then woke up in middle of night with anxiety and dizziness so think 1 funny was too much. Trying half next time.

Also don’t forget that other cannabinoids like CBD and CBN c help promote efficient running of our endocannabinoid systems as well as possibly help with a relaxed sensation without a psychotropic event.
